THE Elmtree Express rolled into Chesham this week after a cash grant and fundraising.
Elmtree School, in Elmtree Hill, secured money from The Buckinghamshire Community Foundation and from ward councillor Michael Brand who donated cash from his own community fund.
This was added to the school's own fundraising projects to buy the interactive train which will sit in their main playground and be used by its 60 reception children.
A PARTY was held at Chesham Bois CofE Combined School at the weekend to celebrate the opening of their new Reception Classroom.
The Bishop of Buckingham, Alan Wilson, was on hand to bless the new building at the school, in Bois Lane, on Saturday (13/3) before a fly-over and party games were enjoyed by staff, pupils and parents.
