Vital advice given at police roadshows

Posted by Greg Burns on Feb 3, 10 10:29 AM in Crime

VITAL crime prevention advice and equipment were handed out in Chesham this week with police beginning a series of roadshows.
Officers from Thames Valley Police set up camp in Sainsburys car park, in Elgiva Lane, between 8am and noon on Monday (1/2) along with representatives from Bucks Fire and Rescue Service.

They then moved onto Blizzards Yard car park, in Chalfont St Giles between 1pm and 4pm.
On Tuesday (2/2) they set up at Tesco, in Old Amersham, between 8am and noon before moving onto Hazel Road, Prestwood, between 1pm and 4pm.
Neighbourhood policing teams spent the time talking to residents and handing out UV pens, timer switches, personal alarms, bike marking kits, and bike locks.

We'd like to hear from you.
