This is a list of planning applications registered at Chiltern District Council this week.
All applications on this list, except Chiltern District Council's own applications, may be determined by the Head of Planning Services acting under delegated authority, unless the application is referred to the Planning Committee by one of Chiltern District Council's Members.

CH/2009/1863/FA: Two storey side/rear extension to shop and flat above at 74 Broad Street for Mr S Inthirakumar.
CH/2009/1928/FA: Single storey front and side extension, part single storey, part two storey rear extension at 24 Milton Road for Mr Zahoor Ahmed.
CH/2010/0004/FA: New vehicular access and laying of associated hardstanding at 112 Lye Green Road for Mr R Foster-Smith.
CH/2010/0065/FA: Single storey side and rear extensions, alterations to retaining wall and external steps to rear of building, and re-grading of paving to south of building at United Reformed Church, The Broadway for United Reformed Church.
CH/2010/0066/CA: Partial demolition/alteration of retaining wall to rear of building and demolition of existing steps and retaining wall in south east corner of site at United Reformed Church, The Broadway for United Reformed Church.
CH/2010/0103/FA: Roof extension, 3 dormer windows in the rear roof slope and two roof lights to facilitate loft conversion at 533 Waterside for Mr S Crawford.
CH/2010/0042/SA: Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for a proposed operation relating to a single storey rear extension at Grays Cottage, Tower Road for Mr & Mrs Tridgell.
CH/2010/0067/FA: Part two storey, part single storey rear extension at 11 The Warren for Ms T Newton.
CH/2010/0110/SA: Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for a proposed operation relating to the erection of a detached poolbuilding at Kiln Farm, Chesham Road for Mr And Mrs J Matthews.
