This is a list of planning applications registered at Chiltern District Council this week.
All applications on this list, except Chiltern District Council's own applications, may be determined by the Head of Planning Services acting under delegated authority, unless the application is referred to the Planning Committee by one of Chiltern District Council's Members.
Representations should be made either in writing to the Head of Planning Services, Chiltern District Council, King George V Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5AW or by e-mail to planning@chiltern.gov.uk.

CH/2010/0027/FA: Redevelopment of site to provide one pair of semi detached dwellings and a row of four terraced dwellings served by new vehicular accesses at Three Valleys Water PLC Covered Reservoir Site Adjoining 33, Alma Road for W E Black Ltd.
CH/2010/0087/TP: Crown reduction of an oak tree protected by a Tree Preservation Order at Emmanuel Hall, Swan Bottom for Mr Charles Livesey.
