Scouts cook up a feast
CHESHAM Scout Troop members were given an opportunity to learn masterchef presentation from the professionals.
A total of 12 from the 1st Chesham group completed their Scouts chef badge under the watchful eye of the head chef and his team at the Bull Hotel, Gerrards Cross on Saturday.
The Scouts learnt culinary skills, napkin folding and table preparations ahead of serving a three course meal parents and scouting dignitaries.
Graham Eades, Scout leader, said: "The leaders and scouts of 1st Chesham wish to thank the owners, staff and management of the Bull Hotel for this fantastic opportunity for the scouts to experience a commercial kitchen environment and the use of the sumptuous surroundings of The Beeches restaurant."
