Paul Maurice, 66, was last seen cycling along Lye Green Road at 3.30pm on Monday (28/9).
He is described as white, of large build, with grey short hair and glasses. He was last seen wearing light coloured shorts, a brown T-shirt, grey sweatshirt, and brown trainers.
He was riding a road bike with a black helmet with red on the back.
A police statement said: "We are concerned for Mr Maurice's welfare as he suffers from Alzheimer's and requires medication."
