Town Hall hosts healthy roadshow

FREE hand massages and Tai Chi demonstrations were just some of the things on offer at a special Health and Wellbeing day in Chesham last Friday.
Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (OBMH) hosted the event at the town hall which was attended by more than 80 members of the public.

Along with the massages, information on physical health and mental wellbeing was given out by representatives of Bucks Primary Care Trust, Bucks County Council, Bucks Hospitals NHS Trust, and Age Concern.
Carrie-Ann Wade Williams, OBMH communications and marketing manager, said: "The aim of the event was to work in partnership with local organisations in order to provide advice and support to people about a number of health and wellbeing issues."
The OBMH hold four of the events each year and rotates them across Bucks and Oxford.
