All applications on this list, except Chiltern District Council's own applications, may be determined by the Head of Planning Services acting under delegated authority, unless the application is referred to the Planning Committee by one of Chiltern District Council's Members.

CH/2009/0564/FA: Erection of timber outbuilding at 44 Claypits Lane for Mr & Mrs Hudson.
CH/2009/0673/FA: Conversion of garage/workshop into habitable accommodation including infill extension at The Lodge, Village Road for Mr & Mrs Ince.
CH/2009/0520/FA: Two storey rear extension and dormer window in front elevation at Pednor Way, Pednor Road for Mr Richard Wainwright.
CH/2009/0668/SA: Application for a certificate of lawfulness for a proposed operation relating to a single storey side/rear extension at 91 Rose Drive for Ms Jackie Sills.
CH/2009/0669/KA: Removal of two laburnum trees within a Conservation Area at Churchyard Adjacent To St Marys, Church Rooms, Church Street for St Marys Church.
