Toddling for charity

Chesham-Fancy-Dress-Toddler.jpgA sponsored toddle around Marston Field in Chesham helped to raise at least £100 for Green Meadow Playgroup funds with the cash being earmarked for play equipment.
Supervisor Gill Wilton said 16 children, aged between two and three, donned fancy dress for the walk - with two year old Laney Midwinter being given a prize for best costume.
"We had a fantastic time and we are very grateful for the support of the parents, " said Gill, who stressed that further fund raising efforts would take place during the school year.
The Green Meadow Playgroup is based at Little Spring School, Greenway, Chesham.
