Chesham burglary spree
Police have warned residents to secure downstairs windows and doors at night following a spate of night time burglaries in Chesham.

Overnight between Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26, a burglary occured in Waterside Court, Waterside. Entry was gained via an insecure bedroom window and a TV and cash taken.
Also overnight on the same day at approximately 5.15am there was an attempted break into one of the Alms Cottages along Waterside but the offender made off when the occupant heard them.
At approximately 4.30am on Sunday a property in White Hill was broken into. Offenders broke a window at the front of the property to gain access and a TV, lap tops and other computer equipment were stolen. Car keys were also taken but not the car.
Other night time burglaries in Chesham included three in the north west sector.
Between midnight and 6.30am on Sunday offenders have stolen,keys and a car from a property in Nutkins Way. Entry was gained via a lounge window and a handbag, credit cards and jewellry was also taken.
Beween midnight and 5.20am on Monday 28 July a property in Lynton Road, was broken into and keys and another car stolen
